Is there a statue of limitations on an old injury .I was injured in Tx and currently live in Maine. What if any can I do. I just reinjured and old injury

a re-injury is considered a new injury. you can have many injuries to the same body part; each is separate.
if it was done at work, you will have to file a new claim against that employer.
