if she is fired it won't make the claim go away. if claim is accepted she's entitled to benefits whether she works there or not.

I agree with hurt back.She definitely need to file a claim asap.What if her injury gets worse and she needs more treatment?What if they fire her because they know she is injured and its before she files a claim?Then she will be out of a job and wont get any trearment at all.At least if she has filed a claim and they fire her she will still be entitled to benefits.If they give her any problems lawyer up immediately.
