agreed denial?
Claim is in Oklahoma for neck injury from data entry. MRI showed 4 bulging disks. Had to stop treatment for an unrelated emergency surgery, for which I'm still off work, so I'm not receiving any WC wage replacement, nor any disability.

My attorney called and said WC insurance is offering an "agreed denial"

What is an agreed denial? I've googled it and got nothing.

sounds like one that is not appealed and mutually agreed to.

So, would my medical care go back to my private health insurance if I agree the denial?

If the entire claim/injury is denied then worker's comp would not cover.
I don't know what other coverages you have.

I have health insurance, not tied to my employment. Would my medical care (for the medical condition that WC wants to deny mutually) go back to my health insurance?
