medical reports from dr's. who don't take WC
when my case was denied i continued treatment for my injury. The Dr's. i saw used another insurance since they could not get paid through wc.Now my attorney tells me that the medical reports may not be admissable. He said that same the for the inital hearing and the judge requested it. I am going to tell him for this hearing to bring the reports just in case the wcj. ask's for it.Being that the decision was reversed why can't i use those reports.

RE: medical reports from dr's. who don't take WC
it maybe that the time limit for submitting such evidence has expired.
often court procedures have a cutoff time that limits discovery and evidence of both parties prior to hearings and decisions.
without knowing the details of the case i can't be more specific.

RE: medical reports from dr's. who don't take WC
i'm trying to ask, what medical evidence can i use to up-date my progress if the only dr'd i saw were not under wc.being that my case was denied in the beginnig, and the treating dr. i was seeing would not see me under wc anymore since he was not getting paid.So i stopped seeing that dr. and started seeing one closer to me.
