they would only have to pay the benefits not being appealed.
they only have to pay the benefits not being appealed; otherwise what would be the point of appealing. |

RE: wclj denied inital claim reversed by board
I was originally denied medical treatment for my injury to my elbow. It has since been reversed after an IME and the judge determined that I have either an occupational disease (epicondylitis) or workers injury verbatum on the decision letter. It states that my employer has 30 days to file the c-240. I am going to now finally get medical treatment for my arm. Does anyone know if this being a permanent injury that I would get an monetary award even if I do not have any days missed from work. I probably should have not worked as it has not helped my arm. It actually might be worsening because I have to use it daily.
I also have a new injury when I was lifting things at work I injured my thumb what luck!! they think it might be a torn or ruptured tendon. I am fearful of losing my job for yet another claim! any suggestions or imput? |
