wheres my check??

hello again everyone,
i was supposed to recieve my benefit check on friday in the mail and it didnt come... its always there like clock work... now im screwed that was about 75% of our income, i believe they cut me off becuase i missed an IME appointment... WTH they dont have to warn you or anything? that check was spent already... its like theyre going to force me to settle my case becuase i will be hurting so bad for the money!!
plus if they did cut me off, does that mean my doctors appointments are canceled too?
when i went to my PCP appointment on the 30th (which is a buddy of my lawyers) he said there was nothing he could do... and said i would have no restrictions,YET he wrote another note keeping me on the same restrictions ive been on for months... nothing over 50lbs, no excessive standing, bending, twisting or sitting, why do you think he would do that?

It maybe a reason, adjuster was out sick, on vacation etc.. Dont panic, check your mail mon, by tues I would be calling your adjuster..
