I'm in for the game, although those 2 weeks will be busy ones for me. I have a PM appointment in Keller on Monday, Tuesdays and Fridays I am part of a research group using colored lights for depression, Wednesday I go to Decatur to begin seeing an orthopeadic Dr about getting the cubital tunnel surgery done on my left arm ASAP and Monday the 21st, it down to Ft Worth to my dermatologist.

I just had my bi-annual blood work done and it was mostly good news. In one year, I have gone from a 9.2 A1C to a 6. My cholesterol has come down to normal levels, though the good cholesterol is still a little high so PCP put me on fish oil. Vitamin B levels were a bit low, so now taking a high potency super maxi B complex per Dr's orders. And just to aid in keeping A1C down, I am also taking 1 cinnamon capsule per day.

The bad news... my thyroid is messing up again, so I am back on levothyroxine for hypothyroidism. I am going to be contacting the VA to see if this could be a side affect of my fathers being exposed to high level radiation back in 1953 during Project Upshot-Knothole. This is what eventually led to his death due to non-Hodgkins lymphoma in 2005. My sister and I have been doing a great deal of research into this, as we both have several autoimmune health issues that do not run in the family and my brother just had a major heart attack 2 weeks ago at the age of 49 while he was driving his 18 wheeler through Kansas City, MO.

For those of you who don't know how to change the size of your font... class is in session so that it will be easier for Body Builder to participate in the forum.

When you bring up the box for "new reply" or "reply with quote", at the top, tere are 3 boxes. Font, size and color. Click on size. I generally use medium, but for now, for BB I will use large. Write your post, then go back to top and click on "close tags" then you can post reply and your text size should be larger than normal.
