RE: Lucky Lucky Me Hates WC
because to them we are not a human we are a case number....they never think of us as John Doe we are case number lx 12435.....thats it.we are not human there fore they can sleep at night....
;)Workmans comp is not a road you want to travel alone. You need a good lawyer,a great family and good friends to lean on.If you make it thru without losing everything you have worked for all your life, you have come out ahead of the game.....

Lol I wouldn't want to be in jail either.. But ya get my point.. The real criminals seem to be getting better medical than us and we are treated like we are the criminals!

I use to work for Department of Corrections in accounting at a work release.
The inmates did not receive medical care as you and I would. Their care was delayed even worse that work comp. I remember one inmate shattered his elbow, very, very painful. This was an emergency situation but it was weeks before this inmate received medical care. |

RE: Lucky Lucky Me Hates WC
Ours is a state prison mandated by state laws.
I have a brother in law, Todd needing a transplant. Part of the evaluation by the team of Todd is looking at what what he can contribute to society. Guess they don't do that in California. |
