I'm glad you came to vent. I think we all need to do that sometimes and share our WC war stories.

I'm supposed to meet up with my lawyer this week to discuss settling as he got the papers from the IC. I'm dumbfounded by this. I was put at MMI and P&S by an AME doc in Nov which confused me. And still does. How does one reach MMi when all that was done 'medically' is PT and pills? I had X-rays and MRI scans done in2010 and early 2011 from my OWN docs not WC, yet none done when I've complained that I'm in MORE pain now than before. My PTP is still doing diagnostic tests.. They don't even know for sure which disc is causing all the pain.. But I'm MMI and P&S right?

I can't wait to see what is being offered. I'm sure I will laugh.
