Tips and tricks to do normal things while in pain..

why bother? its a time to reflect on what is important in our lives and what isnt....by that I mean what is important to me and my family not to socity.....Kathy is a clean freak her house shines even when she is in pain....when I am in pain I dont give a rats fanny if my floor needs mopping it will wait till Bill gets around to it....and the laundry can and will pile up some weeks....some days Bill helps me in and out of the shower those days are bad and the house is the last thing I am thinking about...fight thru the pain.....your a big dude Lucky...I just try to breathe thru it and try not to scream on the bad days....but then I refused the patches to much drug for me......
