How long does a appeal take in WI

Hi,

I'm new here, I was injured at work in Jan 2011, I injured my back to the point that I need to have a level two fusion surgery, the IC sent me to a IME and he said that there was nothing wrong with me, but I have a MRI, five Doctor's, and a neurosurgeon saying that I need the surgery, so the IC cut me off, I hired a lawyer and we won the case at the hearing, but...... The IC filed for an appeal.

So my question is does anyone know how long it takes for a appeal to process in WI.

Im from wi, and as 1171 says is the facts.. My attorney tells me the average wait time is 6 to 8 months but thats if both parties are in synch.
