RE: broken ankle (twice) at work
If you want to keep your job dont call a lawyer, If they are giving you good treatment you might as well just follow their orders because once you get a lawyer well then thats the end of treatment and your job. Most of the time lawyers will send you to a doctor but i feel like they dont give good treatment.

RE: broken ankle (twice) at work
is youra ankle well? are you getting good treatment? if everything is getting taken care off you dont need a lawyer.if you are not getting taken care off that is when you need a lawyer.....but just a question is it the same ankle? and what kind of job do you have that you can do that twice

;)Workmans comp is not a road you want to travel alone. You need a good lawyer,a great family and good friends to lean on.If you make it thru without losing everything you have worked for all your life, you have come out ahead of the game.....Smile
