Anyone heard from Angel?

She posted on FB that one of her legs is really swollen. I've been gone for a few days and I'm just wondering if anyone has heard from her?

Last I saw she posted she was waitting the results of the test to see if she had blood clots in the legs.

I posted yesterday to her but did not hear back.

Thanks for asking about me Monster. I had an emergency ultrasound done on my legs Tuesday afternoon and ended up calling for the results yesterday. Negative for blood clots. So now we are back to square one in finding out what is causing my left leg and foot to swell almost 3 times the size of my right. I am so used to my right side being swollen to some extent. Kind of freaked out when my neuro's assitant pulled him away from another patient to look at me ASAP. My toes were turning purple, upper part of foot was bright red. Some of the swelling has gone down since I have spent a great deal of time on the couch with it propped up since my company (sister and her friend drove in from CO last week) left yesterday afternoon. Will see the neuro the 10th of April and hopefully, the swelling will be gone so we can focus on getting surgeries started so I can enjoy some trips this summer. Already have a weeks stay planned some where near Branson,MO for the week of the 4th of July, and looking at a trip to CO/WY again later in the month of July. And then there are the day trips to go and visit friends that live within a few hours drive... which will include you this year

Angel, I hope you don't mind that I posted that here as I saw it on FB. I was just worried about you and I sure hope whatever is going on with that leg either goes away for good or they find and fix the problem! And you just come on down anytime you want, the only time I really leave town is to go to Odessa to see my folks.

Monster I have no Idea where you live...and then I find out I was just a few miles from Sithie a few days ago...I am bad about returning phone calls because I cant hear so well on the phone....ewwwww I came home and maytag still hasnt processed the refund on my washer and the ass at the store thought he could force me to take a washing machine I didnt want....after 3 days in a crowded truck with 2 of them having PMS and me runing low on pain meds he is gonna tell me what I am gonna do.....not even close....Bill just walked away and 3 days of hell fell on his shoulders.....ahhhhh I dont think he will ever marry...the old married guys in the store just grinned and walked away...young unmarried guys just dont have a clue about telling us women what WE HAVE TO DO....anyhow that washer isnt in my house....and I came home feeling lots better.....still dont have a new washer but I dont have one of those damn HE buggers either...I hate em.....goverment asses you know they arent doing laundry on a gallon of water....give me a wringer washer over one of those basturds anyday...must be a democrat thing.........ewwwwwwwww gotta go take a valuim

Jayne, I'm in Brownwood, TX quite a ways from you but my 1/2 sisters are in Broken Bow. Maybe I'll make it up there one of these days lol. Car is getting old and has lots of miles on it so don't look for me anytime soon though lol. You are always welcome to come this direction though if you get the urge to go south. Sorry about your washer hope you get one soon

But honestly.. I had to call my neuro's office, who called the imaging office to get the results on Thursday, as they didn't bother to call and let me know what they were on Wednesday. The imaging office's' excuse... if there had been a DVT, I would have gotten a call to go to the ER immediately. But no one bothered to tell me that after I had the ultrasound done, only that the results would be available in 24 hours. Nothing like leaving a patient hanging out to dry longer than they need to.

I was in Broken Bow over 4th of July weekend in 09 for a greet n meet with a bunch of Randy's high school buds. It's very pretty there. I'd love to go back, but got out voted, as they all want to go somewhere different every summer. This year it is near Branson.. some place called Eureka Springs. Have a huge 4 bedroom house right on the lake rented for 7 days. Very pet friendly. So both the Binks and Rebel are going.

We are going to have to find some place central for all of us in the KS/OK/TX area to do a greet n meet soon. There are enough of us that we could get in to all kinds of trouble. And I would be more than happy to go n pick up Monster so that she could join us all.

On that note, I am off to the shower and then lullaby land. Been a long day with a round trip to Blue Mound with Nate and Rebel, 8 hours sitting in the car or walking Rebel around trying to train him to get used to other people. He really doesn't like cammos. And everyone was wearing them today for the air soft games. He is definitely a momma's boy and one little dog with a big chip on his shoulders thinking he can take on all of these men ~L~

I got one of those Angel her name is lil Bit and its shortend for well you can add the ch ...she weighs about 2 lbs she is a mini doxi and she is stunted her Momma died when she was about 2 days old and the lady went on craigs lists and gave them to anyone who wanted to try and bottle feed them....we took the litter of 4 and managed to get this one to live and she is very protective and has little dog syndrone....yep between the 3 states we could make someones life hell for a weekend and send the bill to Admin anyone got his address?
