RE: trying to understand
ahhhhhhhhh when in doubt read the instructions.....we dont know your state or what you made in income before you got hurt or what your final disabilty will be so we have no idea.....welcome to the site....we would like to know your state it helps as all states are different....
;)Workmans comp is not a road you want to travel alone. You need a good lawyer,a great family and good friends to lean on.If you make it thru without losing everything you have worked for all your life, you have come out ahead of the game.....

RE: trying to understand
if you do not make a full recovery (likely) you will be entitled to additional disability.
no one can guess accurately how much recovery you will attain after your treatment. each has different rules. |

RE: trying to understand
Lumarre77.........Sounds as if....you're trying to be labeled perm. disabled? Weither you are or not...rotator cuff's can be repaired and healed, while other times they can cause a perm. disability by themselves. Your question is too vague? What are you really trying to ask? Anywho......Good look on the surgeries.
