Dolphin cruise
ok so being a advocate of pre medicating I went to find the little patches that go behind your ear for seasickness for the kids, cuz the girls cant swallow pills very easy,Daniel is to macho to admit he may get sea sick and Bill well lets just say I have a hard time getting him to take his prescribed meds much less something over the counter. No problem with me I am stressing just seeing the boat and have zanax in hand.Cant find the patches(are the RX only?)Shae gags down a Dramamine Carrie and Daniel and Bill refuses Rebecca takes 2 and I have already taken Xanax. My Men are macho fellas .....while in the harbor area its a calm ride we get a history lesson and see a beautiful yaght made from redwood of some sort that was built for Teddy Roseavelt (sp) once we started for open water and the waves were 5 and 6 feet high the kids started laughing and running all over the boat..no sea sickness there.....Bill on the other hand is trying to hold down his lunch....he finally is willing to take the dramamine....ya right....the dolphins I guess are nice I hear a lot of nice things being said...but you cant let your man fall into the bucket....and since I have a pocket full of meds and a sonic cup of water and my scrubs on the other people on board chumming trust me to hand them a pill and a drink to calm their tummies also...LOL....never ceases to amaze me people I buy them at wal mart they are comfortable..if your back hurts they are as easy as jammies to get in and out of..I am not nor have I ever played a nurse.......but they trust the uniform....all in all it was a good day....Becca got the tickets thru a place called groupon and we saved half price so that was cool....dont kid your self you cant see anything thru the glass bottom but green water...When we got back to the harbor Bill didnt feel bad enough to let me drive!

RE: Dolphin cruise
I also find it very false advertising, been on many of those down there and never did see anything but green.... Maybe if they washed the bottom once in a while people might be able to see... One year we stayed south of panama city, I think St andrews but we could wath the dolphins from the back of the rv.. We were cooped up because the camp groung was flooded..

It has been an amazing vacation. The kids have had a blast the park here have went out of their way to make sure we had everything we wanted or needed to have a good time so far except for Daniel skinning his toe its been accident free...we start home tomorrow going to take it really slow... 4 days....going to stop in Biloxi and visit some friends and then home....and 3 years to save for another vacation.....

RE: Dolphin cruise
Good to hear you's had a good time, and with only 1 accident... We actually have some great vacationing spots up here, but we live here so its not as enjoyable... The traveling is what kills us, if we take the rv, 8 miles to the gallon if we take the truck 18mpg but we cant prepare our meals as easy...

RE: Dolphin cruise
no and with 1 in 5 hotel and motels now having bed bugs give me the low gas mileage we got 10-11 mpg pulling the trailer. Never paid more than 4 dollars for diesel fuel, now my beds and kitchen is in that and my dogs can go with me.
