So, Ive been at this for 2 1/2 years and it seems like I am just going in circles. The usual story, fell at work (in Texas), hurt my back, shoulder, hip. Received money (not a settletlment which I know it was now) that I didnt want but the OIEC told me I had to take it! Took it, now can't get an attorney because they get paid out of that money, can't get a doctor to do anything because he is sick of all of this and hasn't been paid (I don't know how to find out if he has), had my 2nd designated dr visit and he finally agrees that my injuries are related to the fall, have to get 2 denials again so I can do another IRO and on and on and on. Someone please help me! I am disputing the disignated doctor findings since he now says that the injuries are related to the fall so can I hire an attorney to fight for me? I am tired, beat up, beat down and at the end of the day, I STILL HAVE TO LIVE WITH CONSTANT BACK PAIN
