RV dealer's response to broken hand
Well, concern, shock, sympathy and that was it...well this will be our response. Once we get all of the bills we send it to the dealer. f they fail to pay our deductibles then we will contact our insurance company and the RV dealer ship will be paying for the whole thing. We didn't want much, I received no apology, ya know a vent cover, extra propane bottle, would of been less than $200. We would of been thrilled, wouldn't send them the bills. Well I imagine that my deductibles total will be around $400. If I tell our medical insurance it happened at this business then the bill to them will prally be around $1400.

Gee folks, what would you of done to make a customer with a broken hand happy? Still shaking my head over this one. Texans, I expected better

RE: RV dealer's response to broken hand
that was why I asked you did you document the fall when it happened..its going to be a he said she said.Should have been on their IC to begin with.

;)Workmans comp is not a road you want to travel alone. You need a good lawyer,a great family and good friends to lean on.If you make it thru without losing everything you have worked for all your life, you have come out ahead of the game.....Smile
