Just came on for a few minutes to see what I have to catch up on. I have been having a stomach virus since Sunday, called doc this morning and my mom his on her way to pick up something for nasea and vomiting.

I want you to know I saw your post about your hearing. So sorry you are suffering with so much pain. Boy, I can't say we are 2 peas in a pod because there are so many of us here suffering tremendous pain every day. I wish I could take it away from everyone on here.

I am going to say a special prayer for you when I am done posting this.....hope the prayer is not too late. Going pray for your hearing to go well and for all that are suffering so bad at this time.

well back from the hearing - things went ok according to the attorney. The narrowed it down to 1 job that I can do without adding in the other things like fatigue, lack of sleep at night, side effects of meds, severe migraines, etc. This was just from the injury to the shoulders and lower back. So now the judge has to take all the other things into consideration as well I guess.

Went in with severe migraine and back spasms not to mention other things going on today with the neuropathy. The ALJ look strange when I asked if I could get up and move around because the pain was just to much on my back with the spasms to sit still.

Oh Pooh...you should be getting SSDI...with all the issues you have described.. this is not right either. Did they say how long it will take for the decision to come down... Red

They didn't say how long it would take for a decision. My attorney said it should be about 2 months. So again the waiting game starts.

At least this part is over with and it could have been rescheduled if I wanted it to be since I did have a severe migraine. But I went ahead with the hearing anyway. I figured they needed to see me on a bad day just as well as see me on a good day. He did let me keep my sunglasses on during the hearing to help keep my pain level down on the migraine pain while there - if I had to take them off - my pain level would have been way over the 10 that they want you to use.
