i just reread your first post about them saying a surgeon wouldnt operate, why? your type of injury IS the reason for operation if the pain has not gone away over 4 to 6 months.thats why im having them done. you should request another surgeon if your atty hasnt already. do you mean hardship from your retirement? if so, thats what i did through my 401k and didnt have any problems with that.theyll give you 4 different reasons to pick from and you quaify for at least 2, you only need one. they waive the 10% early withdrawal fee and you can opt to pay federal taxes then or wait untill next tax season. i paid 20% then to cover federal(in florida theres no state tax) i also chose medical for my reason because my work doesnt pay for my wife and kids.what was the union helping by doing?has WC paid you anything?
