Welcome Mobo

I was injured 2005, injuries are bilateral knees, lumbar spine, bilateral carpal tunnel.

I was one appointment from being place at MMI when the work comp doctor applied to much force on the top of the head by pushing down. This resulted in a large herniation of C5-6, displaced nerve roots with pressure on the spine. I had surgery on the cervial spine last year.

Settled the case last year.

Welcome Mobo,

I was injured in 2007 with multiple rib fractures, torn rotor cup, several fractures to the pelvis (open book fracture) dislocated hip (hip socket distroyed), punctured lung, 3 hemotomas, 2 to the brain and 1 behind my bladder and a few others... I was involved in a head on collision with a snow plow truck.. Had 3 surgeries to rebuild my pelvis and hip and sijoint, I also ended up with mrsa because of the chest tube in which went septic.. I was flat lined 3 times and was hospitalized for 2 months most of my mutiple injuries are at mmi and have collected some ppd. Still fighting wc for 2nd injury after returning to work for the back and waiting for raiting for the pelvis.. We are also fighting for permanent total disability....

Ever since getting MRSA, it has been a thorn in my foot....

Again welcome to the forum.......

Thanks everyone, i hope all of you are well. But, if you are not well, then I hope we can get ya there. I getting sick and tired of being sick and tired. I am giving serious thought to moving back South, and I dont mean to florida. If I can get the comp people to buy me out I want to get back to the islands again. One thing on my mind though is this. I was wondering if comp workers monitor this site. I know the GOV monitors facebook, twitter etc, and they are able to find out what they need even to prosecute people that dont pay their bills, yet they are bragging about their new jet ski and vacations. hell, IM in Bama and my hick ass atty said he had never even heard of a computerized FCE. Arrrrrgh, can someone go buy me one and send it C.O. D, Ill pay for it. What size can does it come in,lol. Anyway, I hope someone laughs, I am trying my new funny bone out. See ya..........J

Welcome MOBO

My husband was crushed Oct 2010 when a fork truck knocked over its load on him. He was left disabled by the accident as well. His case is just starting the settlement process. He was just approved for SSDI.
