Medicare Setaside; used for paying medical expenses ONLY for your work related injury. You need to search out MSA online to understand or ask your Attorney because you need to understand this big time
how is this affects my social security...?
No
my state medical....?
I feel the answer would be No since the MSA is solely to pay bills for your work related in jury
can i apply for state medical...?
Do not know but I feel yes.
can i apply for social security disability....?
Yes
anythoughts or ideas.....
Need to be more forth coming. Are uou at MMI? Have you settled? Are you Totally disabled according to SSA guidelines?

RE: MSA question.....
medicare will not pay for treatment of work comp injuries for those that have taken a work comp settlement that includes $$$ for future medical care.
there is an exception for those that allow Medicare to determine how much can be set aside to be used for future treatment.
more here
https://www.cms.gov/WorkersCompAgencySer...taside.asp

set aside rules do not apply to SS

set aside only applies to those who buyout their medical.
