Yoga for pain
I have started Yoga and it works wonders for pain management and anger issues. I was a skeptic but now I am a believer. The mind controls pain and yoga has really helped me

Yoga, pilates, Tai Chi for pain is wonderful, lengthening the body, stretching the body, yes is can do wonders.

I sleep better on nights that I have stretched out. Allows the muscles the relax, breathing, muscle control, all so important. Something I approve of 100%

RE: Yoga for pain
I sold myself short of being able to do yoga. I started slow and it has now become a big part of my Pain Management. The mind is such a powerful tool but also a enemy. I still have physical disabilities but my soul is so much more at peace.
