Back on flexeril
It was decided at the last appointment with the primary doctor I would be going back on flexeril.

Course anyone who knows me knows how Bummer dosen't like to take her meds so this was a major decision.

Been having heavy muscle spasms with the back and last night was no Different. I have been up since 1:00 am with the spasms.

My BP in a normal situation is 85/60, this afternoon is was 164/85.
I guess it is time to take that first pill.

Once I am out them suckers keep me knocked out for 14 to 16 hrs, when I finally do wake up I have the worse hang over I have ever had in life. I totally refuse to take that drug ever again. Totally will refuse it when a Dr offers to prescribe it. I hope you can take it I have known people who can take it like candy but now me buddy.

RE: Back on flexeril
CF I was on Skelaxin but took myself off it because I do not like taking meds. I first asked the doctor for a script for skelaxin, he said you can not get it in this part of the country right now.

Do not know the reason.

The flexeril worked for me, I took 1 pill and put a lidoderm patch on the area with the worse spasms.

The fexeril did knock me out but I needed it, a person can only go so long without sleep.

My primary did tell me to only take the flexeril only at night.

RE: Back on flexeril
I'm on Flexerils - actually the generic form (Cyclobenzaprine). Not only does it help to relax my back and neck tension, it also opens my sinuses right up - and that's a great side effect for me! Smile

And Jayne, I talk to animals all the time - with or without it! Wink
