you can start a new thread any time the topic changes.

there is no problem as long as you stay within your medical restrictions.
if you have said you can't do something and they find out you are lying and actually doing it then your credibility is very suspect for any other issue.

an aggravation or new injury outside of work may interfer with continuing comp benefits.

Personaly I would discuss this with your dr, and let him decide if it will effect your restrictions... Riding mowers can be jolting on the bumps, and if they were going to take pics they will use it against you.. I believe if you were to stay within your restrictions, resting, and not sitting for long periods of time, and the pull force to lift the deck up and down doesnt exceed you weight limits..
