primary
Had an appointment a few days ago with my injury dr.. I never made it past the waiting room, they said because I was late (5 min) I knew better once she told me she recieved papers from my primary stating he is taking over my meds... She went on and on and finnaly asked if I dont want him as a dr anymore, I said (as needed basis).. I wont close the door completely incase somthing would come up...
Yesterday had appoinment for labs and meds with my primary... He asked me how my other appoinment went (he was grinning ear to ear).. I told him what I said above.... He went over labs with me and within the last 6 months I have become pre-diabetic.. I told him I seen thier nutritionist, and hav e been following a 2200 calorie diet... He is starting me on a new med (cant remember name) but will help me loose weight and keep my sugar levels down.... |

RE: primary
LOL, if I could teach you to loose weight I wouldnt be in the trouble I,m in now... I will stay away from diet soda, but does that mean I can drink my non diet pepsi...lol. They say just by not drinking 2 cans of soda per day a person can loose about 1 1/2 pounds per week.. As a teen I would drink 6 to 7 cans per day, I bet that is where it started....lol. But I was active, not like the shape I'm in now.

RE: primary
Bronco an old District Manager of mine posted earlier this evening on facebook. He has lost 30lbs in the past 30 days. He did the HCG Ultra Diet. On it you can only eat 500 calories per day, it forces the body to burn up stored fats, instead of burning up the fats we put into our body daily, i guess those are the fats that are used up first. Anyways he said it was the easiest he has ever lost weight in his life and his is 65 yrs old. I am going to talk more to him and I may do what he did and see if i am as successful as he was with it. Looked it up and it cost 99.00 for a 30 day supply of drops that u use daily as a supplement. I watched a video that Dr OZ had on it earlier tonight and he was not condeming it and Rachel Rae has a video out on it also.

RE: primary
be very careful doing those diets because when you go back to eating normal the weight comes back....the diet the put Bill on was the plate diet 1/2 his plate was fresh veggies 1/4 protein(meat) 1/4 starch he has lost a total of 40 lbs but he walks every day...and we fuss everyday over his diet soda his Dr said he would rather him drink 1 reg soda than 6 diet and I buy him stevia to sweeten his other drinks.Popcorn are great treats keeps him full and it tasty....if you deprive yourselve you will cheat and blow your diet.....keep one day free to blow ad eat what you want.....

RE: primary
I discussed a few crash diets with the nutritionist, and she agreed if you want to loose weight fast thats the way to go... But it screws with your matabelism (spelling), and shortly starts burning your lean muscle. In my case it bad because my excersises are limited to slow walks and stretching.. Until I get the surgery for my abdomin that was put off in sept I have to keep to it.. My number 1 problem is SODA and the 2nd is I dont eat all day until dinner.. And I dont drink enough water... With the diet she has me on, 2200 calories sounds like a lot and I bet in a days time I dont eat that, but between my soda's and coffee with creamer/sugar it probably totals a lot more... I love my coffee and soda but have cut down the soda to 1 to 2 and less sugar/creamer.. If I can loose 2 lbs a week I will be happy, just think thats over 100 lbs in a years time.......lol.

RE: primary
ahhhhhhhhh I love my coffee.....you would think with all the coffee I drink I would be like that energizer bunnie just running running running everywhere but I dont.....My one vice is Irish cream creamer with my coffee....the topamax they put me on for the headaches put me off my Dr peppers for life and I loved my Dr peppers....if you want to break your self from your Pepsi ask your Dr for topomax.....damn that stuff makes soda taste like well it makes it nasty......but it does controll the headaches alot and it helps with weight controll......
