RE: SSDI exam coming up
I'm feeling a little better about the appt in the morning. The attorney received the report back from the work history/rehabilitation dr. He found him to be neither placeable nor employable in the open labor market and would be permanently and totally disabled. I did rush to the office after work and got a copy to take with him to his appt. I guess he should take one to the SSDI as well.

you betcha. always have at least 2 copies of everything never leave your original with anyone ever...
;)Workmans comp is not a road you want to travel alone.You need a good lawyer,a great family and good friends to lean on.If you make it thru without losing everything you have worked for all your life,you have come out ahead of the game.....
