Hello just wanted to see if anyone knows about applying for unemployment after SDI runs out . Well i was on disability since april 2011 and wanted to know if my weekly income average will freeze from this date? so that when i apply for unemployment they will see i had a job and will use this AWI. nope.
disability payments are not counted as wages. most who come off disability don't have enough quarterly earnings to qualify.
