RE: question about health insurance
Is that the injury you had with W/C? I thought that some cases are still open for about 5 yrs. if you kept medical open. I could be wrong.

carpal tunnel recurrence/ neuropathy / RSD.
1/29/07 injury date. Permanent. PIR settlement 8/4/08 10%

yes my claim is covered by w/c, my treatments are just now being denied by w/c....so before i have to start paying for the doctors visits out of pocket, i'm trying to see if any insurance will cover any appts from here until after a hearing with w/c coming in a month or so... my doctor actually told me to try health insurance for coverage of some appts....but i didnt think they would cover w/c appts.

RE: question about health insurance
Hi Puppy!! Some Health plans will cover for you and place a lien against w/c for you! Then if you win your Hearing, the i/c for w/c has to pay your Health Care Back! That's how some folks on here have had to receive all of their care so far. I Hope this Helps, and Have a Great Day!!Wink
