Survivor Benefits-Moving to other State
My mom has been collecting a death benefit because my dad was killed on the job & I was wondering if she were to move from Arizona to California, would she still collect these benefits or would she be cut off from receiving them because of moving out of the state where the accident occured.

She would still be entitled to ongoing death benefits. She just needs to tell the IC where to keep sending the checks. |

Woodlawn is correct. Her place of residence has no effect on the benefits.
