I remember when I was 23 and came home from Germany the first time.I was so lost sitting at a rest area in Pa. with 2 kids in the car and crying a truck driver came over and asked me what was wrong and I told him..I am lost I started in Baonne NJ and I am going to Poteau Ok and I am lost and I will stay lost till I run out of money and die...and continued to bawl.....he got on his CB and put me between two truckers all the way to Ft Smith Ar.where I knew where I was at, they stopped and let me get gas and let the kids play....when one would have to get off they would stop and let me know who I was supposed to follow next....I have always had a soft spot for truckers since.

Jayne my half sister was the same way, couldn't drive anywhere because she got lost so easy. I'm the total opposite, when my mother died in San Antonio 18 yrs ago I drove there and drove all over San Antonio even though I hadn't been there in 6 yrs. San Antonio is a good city for people who get lost easily, everything is either inside the loops or outside. We had to learn the NSEW when we moved to KS, my youngest not too sure about his sense of direction, he wouldn't know north from south if he was at the north pole standing in front of a sign that said north.
