Faith
That's all we have left, faith. When other things, people, systems have left us down that's all we have left is faith. It boggles me to try and understand how others who claim no faith get by but for me it's faith. In the Father above and whatever strength He gives me

My oldest has had severe health problems since 3 months, he also has severe, chronic asthma. Faith has gotten us to age 28, long past what others predicted. Daughter stopped breathing at age 14 days, she's now 26. Imagine the faith required to perform CPR on a newborn. My youngest has had some health challenges but are nothing compared to his older siblings.

But along with faith must come with education. Knowing who to trust, who to talk to, educating yourself to the different problems, medical terms, medications, different doctors, different tests, etc. Faith does not substitute for any of those things or countless other items we encounter in life.

Please, for all involved, educate yourself about your unique problems. Ask questions, read all you can and then read some more. I never tire for those who seek to educate yourself. What tires me is those who die for lack of education, especially in this country when education is so very vast.

Just my opinion, for all who care to read or comment.

RE: Faith
I was a hospital parent for many years until my daughter's death.

Never knew when her next hospital trip would be or how long they stay. IT was common a round of test would put her in the hospital for two months or more, I always stayed at the hospital with her, most staff knew me by name. I always had a bag packed, gas in the van, and some cash in the home safe.

It took faith to get thru those almost 12 years, and educating myself to make the best decisions possible.

I hear what you are say Bodybuilder.
