Plea Agreement

RE: Plea Agreement
I almost agree with the death row issue. The problem is that he is in the wrong state. Even with his sentence. The state will be paying for his housing, medical, dental, and food. With a death sentence, the state will be doing the same for some 10 to fifteen years. It needs to be the death sentence, but in Texas. We have the death penalty and are not afraid to use it.

8-05, Micro laminectomy/disectomy. 10-05 lumbar fusion L5-S1. 2-07 exploritory surgery. 12-07 medical implant, Spinal Cord Stimulator. now receiving SSDI. Jesus died for our sins. Soilders died for our freedom.

Death is to good for the smuck head...that Angel was put thru a living hell....I hope there are cousins in the area that let the other inmates know what that little Angel went thru.....they will make sure he pays every day he is in that prison.....he will die but it will be a slow painful death and everyday they will remind him he was a child killer the most hated person on earth the lowest of the low even in prison....

RE: Plea Agreement
Arrangements have been made for Randy and I to be at the sentencing on Thursday morning, as well as Randy's folks.

I had to reschedule my CT myelogram to the 8th from the 1st, as Randy and I will be heading for Kansas as soon as he gets home on the 2nd. So it will be a late night check in.. and have to be at the court house by 10:30 Thursday morning. We will be checking out early Friday morning, as we have to be back home early Friday afternoon/evening to host Randy's high school graduation greet n meet. Saturday night is the actual reunion.

I wish the judge had more discretion to lengthen his sentence, but since he doesn't, all I can do is pray that he screws up and is awarded more jail time to be served consecutively so that he gets to spend more time behind bars.

BK, there will be a press conference after the sentencing, so I am sure that it will be shown on the noon news programs. If not, I am sure it will be a leading story for the evening news. Unfortunately, we are going to be so pressed for time on this trip, that I don't think we will be able to stop by and say hi.

Angel ^j^

I've always been crazy, but it keeps me from going insane.

RE: Plea Agreement
not true Texas is a bit more humane.....altho I believe a hanging or two would make some of those poor ol rapiest and murdiers think twice before beating a 2 year ol child to death.....then again maybe not.....just what punishment do you think is fair 1171 for a man and woman who admits to beating a 2 year old over and over till hes so badly beat he cant even be put in an open casket? Till the natural father cant hardly reconize his son for the swelling and black and blue marks? Slap their wrist?
They need to be taken off the earth as quickly as possable...a den of copper heads come to mind...and I aint talking snakes..I would love to skin those two slowly with an extra sharp knive, stake them to an ant hill in the hot sun and pour honey over them....sometimes that Indian blood boils to the surface........
