IME Visit Still waiting..
Hello Everyone
I would like to thank everyone again for the warm welcomes. I had my IME on Sept 12 and i havent heard anything yet. It has been 22 days without any information. Does it usually take this long? I am located in illinois. Thank you in advance.

RE: IME Visit Still waiting..
First IME I had it took about a month to get the report from their lawyers. Now I had one back in March of this year and they will not send me a copy yet. Lawyer is working on it but I' betting it shows they should be spending more money on a treatment for me and don't want to.
Do you have a lawyer? If so he will get it and unless he calls it could sit in his office for a time before he sends you a copy but I would say it would take anywhere from 2 or 3 weeks to a month for you to get a copy

From some IME'S that I have had in the past years. Some have responded fast and some have been very slow at getting a copy to my attorney. My attorney has before had to ask the ime dr for our copy before. I have had a few that has taken 3 or 4 months to get a copy of. The one for me that have taken the longest have usually been IME'S that have came back in my favor and they have held on to them as it has cost them money and things like that.

Cervical Fusion 2003, c5-c6. Herniated and damaged Disc L1- L4-L5 S1. Lumbar Spinal Cord stimulator implant 09-2008. Cervical ACDF revision with hardware c4-c5-c6-c7 Sept 2009.
SSDI approved 3-2010. NOW OFFICIALY RETIRED
