RE: Boxes Wrapped and going out today
Red, Oh yes I have seen it now and am speechless, It is absolutily the most beautifull painting I have seen, I think even better than the first, TY TY TY now I'am glad I haven't gotten the first framed as I will have them both done at the same time. I'am just in awe and no matter what you say I could never paint like you do. from your heart!!!!!!!! Gee I can hardley wait till it arrives.
I was gone most of the day today had an appt this pm with my eye surgeon, Was hoping it would be my last, but no luck, back in 6 months, But he did say my eyes hav e stableized which is good but also said that could change at any time so that is why 6 months. Lord I hate this disease, it dosen't rain but it pours, It seems when I hit 55 all started to go to pot. Oh well such is life!!!. Life isn't about waiting for the storm to pass. It's about learning to dance in the rain. |

RE: Boxes Wrapped and going out today
Tuffy, I am so glad that you liked it. It is in your box with Alexia's picture of the Lost City and as I said, I put the canvas that Alexia gave away to you as the winner, in a black frame. I thought it looked nice and could not resist. Should be there by Saturday I would think...
What disease are you talking about? Did you say that you have Graves disease, or hyperthyroidism? I was diagnosed with Hasomotos (sp) disease. My TFT were to high and then too low so then I was put on snythroid. I hate it also. I hope your eyes stay stabilized for a very long time....love Red Be who you are and say what you feel, because those who mind don’t matter and those who matter don’t mind. |

REd, Yes Graves, and I am one of the lucky ones (not) Thyroid eye disease after radiation, then developed swelling in feet and ankles, I was on 100mg synthyroid and now dropped to 88mg as I started to go hyper again, seems I bounce up and down. My eyes looked like the runaway bride.lol I had double vision which I still have but can see ok with prisims in my glasses, but no guarantee it will not come back.
Now you know why I have retired, can you get a clear pic of me and my glasses trying to cath a pt, or insert an NG etc Scarey and OUCH Life isn't about waiting for the storm to pass. It's about learning to dance in the rain. |

RE: Boxes Wrapped and going out today
Wow tuffy, my daughter has Graves disease, but i think that they caught it very early with her. This is the oldest daughter. She does not have the eye trouble as of yet. She does she a doctor about her eyes every 6 months however. She already can't see a thing without her glasses so I hope she does not have the troubles that you are describing. Thanks for making me more aware.
Tuffy...that would be difficult. I have to cath myself and I am so glad that I have cath some of the most difficult of women. Women with contractures that I won't even get into. Anyway...it would be hard with my eye sight being bad. Actually my eye sight has been good since June. I didn't start cathing until July this time. I didn't even think about what I am going to do if my eye sights gives out again. I guess I better start thinking about it eh? RE: Boxes Wrapped and going out today
Hi all, I have something to admit...my husband who I love completely did not mail your boxes until yesterday. I am so sorry. He has been so busy with some other things going on in our lives that he didn't get them there until Friday even though I had them sitting by the front door all week. However, they are in the mail as of Friday morning. Ok..he also put a 200.00 insurance on each of the boxes and packages so if for some reason they don't come notify me immediately....anyway they should arrive by the middle of next week. Also, please let me know if for any reason it does not fit what you wanted and we will just do it again. I think since you have seen the pictures you will be completely happy with the prizes and paintings. I had my instructor review each one of them, and while he expects more from me, he was happy...except that I gave them away...smiling..that is his problem....hehehehehe anyway...let me know...Red
