i have to go to my md tommorrow for a final rating and mmi,and classfication. i am from ny. i went to a ime back in march of this year and ime doctor said i have a 50% moderate permant partial disability, my attorney asked for a settlement, what i would like to know is will i have to give a deposition, i have been on w/c for 2.5 yrs now for a low back and knee injury at a TPD rate of 540 a week.

First of all, you should have posted a new thread to ask this, rather than "hijack" this one - no offense intended.

But, to answer your question, it's hard to say. I don't know anything about your case or your claim. Your attorney would be best able to anticipate whether you'd end up in a deposition or not.
