Is this right???
I have been going round and round with my doctors office about my rating. I am a federal govt employee and was hurt on the job. I had 2 shoulder surgeries. I was released and a month later I went back for my full MMI appt. During that appointment the doc said he would be doing a rating in accordance with the 6Th ed AMA. I called 4 weeks later to get the standard it isnt done yet. I finally was told it is done but I cannot get a copy of it or I cannot know what my rating is. Does this sound right? I called my local WC specialist and they are bewildered about that.

RE: Is this right???
You can get it; just not from your doctor.
the report is sent to whomever ordered/paid for it.
the work comp administrator should serve it on the worker and other parties of record.
