SETTLEMENT PROCESS
ok so my attorney is avoiding me like always
i was given mmi 3 months ago my final rating just came in 3 weeks ago 18% whole in the state of california.. whats the process now? |

in your case file a readiness for court notice and wait for a hearing date.

one of the hardest lessons for us to learn is we are not our lawyers only client.....in fact he may at any one time have hundreds of clients to pay the bills....while you have one lawyer and nothing to do but wait....but you should get some feedback from him or his paralegal fairly soon after asking a question within 24 hours on a work day
;)Workmans comp is not a road you want to travel alone.You need a good lawyer,a great family and good friends to lean on.If you make it thru without losing everything you have worked for all your life,you have come out ahead of the game.....
