QUESTIONS
I recently quit my job because of the pain I am having in my back. I even told them that this was the reason for leaving. After workin this type of job for 5 years the pain in my back has made it near impossible to do my job. I never filed a report bc it wasn't an actual injury but someone told me that I am eligable to get workman's compensation. What are your thoughts?? I have never dealt with anything like this so I do not know.

the pain has to be from an injury that has to be related to your work in order to have a claim.
you should discuss your situation with your doctor. if your doctor believes your condition is work related then you need to notify your employer and file a claim.
each state has it's own rules and benefits.
