Health Insurance.

5 years ago I had work related injury. I had operation, physical therapy, I was getting TTD and PPD checks.
Reached MMI. Now I just exist, working for little money, with not available health ins. from my current
employer. Now I work part time.Because of my accident and a very very physical therapy time that
employer terminated my health insurance. Do I have any legal right to demand to get back my insurance? MD.
