RE: disapointed by my dr.
Bronco heres the facts on SSDI and Medicare if you get SSDI you will have to do a set aside your lawyer gets no % of this(he doesnt like this)( nor can you touch it except to help pay your med bills)But during all this time you could have been collecting SSDI with a offset but you have to wait two years to use medicare for your injuries so the sooner you start the sooner that is done...get your Fannt to the SSDI office and apply! geez yes you will make it a bit harder to settle for your lawyer... but when you settle you have to(or I did) sign a waiver saying something about not appling for SSDI or they could come back for part of my settlement...the biggest part of any settlement is the medical yes it is and lawyers like that but Bronco you are gonna need that to take care of you so put it in a set aside cuz you know no IC is ever gonna take you on in the shape you are in...its time for you to get your balls back and be pro active...put Dom in a stroller and walk off that anger....you most likely have all your paperwork call and get an appt with your SS office take all that paperwork in

;)Workmans comp is not a road you want to travel alone. You need a good lawyer,a great family and good friends to lean on.If you make it thru without losing everything you have worked for all your life, you have come out ahead of the game.....Smile
