Choosing a doctor.
My current doc. got approval to perform a surgery. I do not feel comfortable with him. He is focus more on his fee that on my problem . Can I choose my doctor to do an opperation?

at your own expense you can opt out of comp and get your own treatment at any time; work comp benefits are voluntary for workers.
if you want the employer/comp carrier to pay then you have to follow the comp rules for your state -- which you did not provide. http://www.workerscompensation.com/forum...?tid=10146 |
