Schedule award examination
Hey all.
I have been on OWCP (federal) for about two years. I was sent to a secop Doctor who said I was fine. Then was sent to a referee Doctor who delared me MMI. I am now wanting to apply to get a schedule award. I have heard alot about the Ellis Clinic and have a question. I know they apply to DOL to get paid but I read I have to pay up front and when they get paid I get reimbursed. So my basic question is How much does the average examination with Dr Ellis cost and how much do I have to pay up front. If you have been there let me know.

Thanks

I live in Texas but this is a Federal OWCP case as it deals with the Post Office.
