RE: In the chain of paperwork, where am I?
you could be waiting for the carrier to issue a check or you could be deciding whether to file an appeal.
without knowing what went before it's difficult to say.
the process is different for each case depending on the issues.
for basic information, review the factsheet on Permanent Disability

I haven't filed an appeal, so waiting to be paid, i guess.
Recognizing each case is individual, generally what does 6% translate to$ ?
I have not seen an offer.

RE: In the chain of paperwork, where am I?
unless there is a dispute there is not likely to be an offer.
more likely they'll just cut a check and handle the medical as it happens.

your award should have stated an amount.
6% = 18 weeks.
i don't know your rate but for PD $230 is the maximum.
