OVR and WC settlement
Since I settled my case but have been participating in OVR and they have decided on retraining and are providing funding to return to school. Since ive settled, most $ will be going to pay for cobra medical coverage and catchn up behind bills.
Anyways back to question. Will OVR ask for reimbursment of what they have paid? Also will I still be eligable for services since I now technically have settlement $$? I am a little confused as to what happens between the two after settlement.
31 year old mother of 3. Working as Pre-K Teacher. Tripped over leg of therapy swing, twisted and jammed lower back.
Diagnosed w/ SI Joint Dysfunction. Moderate to severe pain daily. Limiting most functions.
