Ok back again
I originally went out on April 11of 11
At the time I did not know this was work related neck shoulder hands back issue so iwas on STD ifind out I had cervical disc and Carpal tunnel and torn rotator cuff tendon retained lawyer and filed for wc first through nys then my jobs insurance company. up until mow I was getting medical through my blue cross blue shield because of STD my companies wc insurance quickly denied me and put me back on STD my attorney and I figured this but now how do I continue medical do I start putting medical back on my blue cross insurance company or do I use the wc claim number they gave me when I filed the first report of injury this was my claim number my attorney says to use it but wont it be denied do I have the right to use bcbs insurance or am I hurting the case if we do this . Also , i have nailed down time of onset of pain to 11 of 2010 . I was seeing a lot of doctors and working up until april 11, when the pain was too much to work. I do lifting at work displays etc this is a part of my job . We are scheduling a hearing to fight for the case to be wc I am in ny tnx |

bcbs will use the claim number to file lien against the comp benefits.
when comp denies then health pays until comp case decided. |

So should I use my bcbs and give my doctors my claim number from wc , even though my jobs wc they denied case, so I should resume using my bcbs this will not go against me 1171
