RSD as part of the final % in NY? If I have asked this before I truly apologize because recently my memory has been going down the drain. Think it's the medication's. I am being sent by the IC first. I went for a series of Injections with a pain management doctor and they helped some what, but I have decided not to do any more...do not feel they are worth the temporary relief to have a needle injected near my voicebox 2 times a week. The doctor wouldn't happen to share his thoughts out loud with me this morning would he? lol. I know he has to send me a copy of the report within a certain amount of days, but anxiety has now set in...I guess because this is reality now, even though it is not over.

So that is my question...is RSD figured into the PPD rating, percentage or however it is worded? Off I go!!! Wish me luck!

we have had several on here with RSD but they didnt stick around....one that is a friend got messed over and didnt get squat and it took her 2 years of fighting.....RSD is a slippery slope and I think it depends on how progressive your state is..

I have heard all kinds of answers so I guess you are right. Just got back and I am really confused now. The guy barely did anything to my hands at all to check them....it's a trick right? my left thumb is completely fused and my right thumb is partially fused....10 surgeries between the 2 hands, mainly thumbs with carpal tunnels, a couple other
things and the basal joints both replaced. He didn't even have me do a pinch grip or strength grip...now I am really nervous and have to wait til next week for the report!

most of those Drs are just collecting a check....they dont do much for it except rubber stamp what the IC wants them to say...now if you get one from the court thats a whole new bag of tricks
