injured worker wants to settle in CT
i have herniated disc in the back my insurance approved me for surgery i dont want it though they dont kno that my doctor said he will rate me 20% what does the out come look like for me

;)Workmans comp is not a road you want to travel alone.You need a good lawyer,a great family and good friends to lean on.If you make it thru without losing everything you have worked for all your life,you have come out ahead of the game.....

when you are at MMI your TTD will stop.
the employer/carrier is entitled to a second opinion on the extent of any permanent disability. any settlement will have to be negotiated between the rating opinions or you can have the comp court decide. |

0% means no impairment & fully recovered.
100% means total impairment & no work forever. additional permanent disability benefits are paid for a fixed number of weeks depending on the rating. more info here http://wcc.state.ct.us/ |
