Is it typical or even legal for new employment occupational health to ask for full release of ALL medical records regarding workmans comp injury AFTER recieving MMI (with no restrictions or no need for imparment ratings due to not having any)?

it's legal but whether it's typical probably depends on the job/employer.
Reminder :
........Each state has their own comp system; POST YOUR STATE to get accurate information. Use the search feature to find information from similar questions.
THANKS FOR POSTING.
