i WAS INJURED AT WORK ON JUNE OF 09 I WAS OUT OF WORK FOR 8 MONTHS AND HAD SURGERY MY weekly salary which was paid to me was 550 n the c8 i recieved stated they [aid out about 20 gs to me... so looking at the wcb website it states the loss of use i received which was 30 percent from the state n from my doctor it says "250 weeks for loss of wage earning capacity of greater than 16% thru 30%" so is it 550 x 250 x .30 or is it jus 550 x 250 .. please help cuz im confused

your salary is compensated at 2/3 not at full rate.
the loss of use weeks should come from appendix II of the medical guidelines and depends on the part of the body being rated.
