let me know what the official rating is and i can try to help.

if they are trying to "lowball" you, it's best not to settle but to take a stipulated award with open medical and then petition the court for a lump sum early payment or commutation. that way you can get some $$$ in a usable amount and still retain medical rights for treatment.

they are only allowed a 3% commutation discount on court ordered commutations.
